Positions Available

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create amazing digital design concepts using video, animation and online interaction for various brands. You’ll work in close collaboration with our Strategy, Content and Production teams to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and conceptual material for our clients. The applicant should have at least 5 years’ working experience and should have the following capabilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Mockup creative ideas and storyboardsHave extensive experience with video creation including animation.
  • Design across multiple digital channels
  • Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
  • Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other members of the team
  • Compile presentations with your team
  • Attend briefings and presentations
  • Some experience with sound editing

Requirements:

  • Great time management skills
  • Able to interface with clients and be proactive with projects and brand ideas
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Adept problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills with the ability to provide rationales for creative choices
  • Good presentation skills, as well as taking feedback and briefs from internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and platforms
  • Able to work effectively with team members, to ensure timing output of material

The Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. You will manage specific clients in our portfolio, helping them maximise their digital footprint. As a Digital Account Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance and increase ROI. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for clients on all digital requirements.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Join the team in developing and implementing digital strategies for customers, with their business goals consistently kept top-of-mind.
  • Report on and analyse digital campaigns, measuring their success and areas for optimisation.
  • Work closely with our various in-house teams such as Design, Content, Development and Production to ensure that all work is delivered to clients timeously.
  • Ensure that client work is managed efficiently and according to scope and budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager.
  • Interest in content and inbound marketing.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • A passion for all things digital.
  • Own transport essential.
  • Hands-on experience with various digital and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Sharpspring, Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.
  • Social media platform management would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with Google’s marketing tools: Adwords, Webmaster, Analytics etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Superb attention to detail. Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager.
